Panelized Construction
G Builders is one of the pioneers in the Pacific Northwest when it comes to panelization. We are able to design and begin building walls for our clients well before the foundation is poured. Layout
G Builders was one of the first framing companies to incorporate the use of total stations into the panelized construction process in 2016. Total stations are advanced surveying instruments that use electronic distance measurement (EDM) technology to measure distances and angles with high accuracy and precision. Using total stations allows us to streamline and improve the efficiency of our panelized construction process, as well as increase the overall accuracy and quality of our work. Over time, we have continued to evolve and refine our use of total stations in the panelized construction process, further improving our efficiency and effectiveness.
